Refund policy
All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for a full refund to the original payment method (less shipping charges).
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Clearance or Closeout items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
- Click on the this link and write a brief message about why you are requesting a return. Please include photos of the item(s) as well. After we receive the message and photos, we will determine if you are eligible for a refund.
- If you are eligible for a refund, you will receive an email with instructions for the returns.
